BEAUTIFUL DESTINATION
Beautiful place ~ nicely furnished & easy check-in.
The room was stuffy ~ no window to open for airflow, only the door. Lots of street noise.

The hotel room and hotel were very nice, staff were helpful.
The room was very noisy. The hotel is on the edge of downtown, next to the highway that goes through town. Our corner room was very noisy, due to trucks slowing down for the speed bump near our room. We had room #1. Due to its location, I imagine it’s the noisiest room in the hotel. Ask for a room on the second floor, or not on the corner of the building.

Cómodo, céntrico y acogedor
La ubicación esta excelente, la cama deliciosa las sábanas súper suaves y limpias al Igual que el edredón, súper fresco el lugar no necesito ventilador ni aire acondicionado súper cómodo y limpio
A mi gusto pondría más luz en el área del tocador ya que en mi caso fui a Bernal a un evento y debía maquillarme pero la luz no ayudaba, el agua caliente tarda bastante en salir lo que provoca que se desperdicie mucha agua mientras sale

Un refugio de paz y confort inolvidable
Tuve la oportunidad de salir de vacaciones recientemente y elegí hospedarme en el hotel Mariazel que superó por completo mis expectativas. Desde el primer momento en que crucé sus puertas, sentí una atmósfera de tranquilidad y calidez que me envolvió de inmediato. El personal fue sumamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a hacerme sentir como en casa, lo que sin duda marcó una diferencia en mi experiencia. Cada rincón del hotel parecía diseñado para brindar paz y relajación: desde las áreas comunes decoradas con buen gusto, hasta los espacios verdes y silenciosos que invitaban al descanso. Al llegar a la habitación, me recibió un ambiente armonioso, limpio y confortable, que me hizo sentir acogido y completamente a gusto. La cama, la iluminación, los detalles en la decoración… todo estaba pensado para ofrecer bienestar. Durante mi estancia, pude disfrutar de una experiencia que me permitió desconectarme del estrés diario y reconectar conmigo mismo. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que busque un lugar donde no solo descansar, sino también sentirse verdaderamente cuidado. Es un espacio que invita a regresar.
