The staff member Frank was very helpful and the location is amazing.
The breakfast was good as well.
The bathroom needs an upgrade with mold removal in the washing area. Also there were two heart pillows which was ripped open and still it was kept in our room when we arrived.

room is good. toilet is good. Beds were clean. Balcony view is superb!
Breakfast is over priced! String hoppers, Egg, Pol Sambal, Dhal (Very few dhal seeds) for 800/- LKR is too much.
Balcony was not clean. There were mud.

Very clean and comfortable, good mattress, very helpful staff, hot water available in the bathroom, room heater provided for our request. Beautiful view from the room, and also dining area. They helped us to find a good driver.
It's totally worth the price. We don't feel like a hotel, for us that's home.

I den't take breakfast from the hotel is very expensive. But they provide bed tea is very tasty. The staff is very friendly 😊 special Mr Adrian is very helpf
The bathroom hot water system is not working properly. Should must have heater to operate from inside the bathroom, and the room I got in 2nd floor is very difficult to get in staircase there should be a lift or must information to the guest before they booked. My wife is very upset when she showed the staircase, even I don't expect like that.
