There was no lead to connect the DVD player to the TV, and after I'd gone out and bought one I discovered the DVD player itself didn't work, so I had to go out again and buy a new DVD player. All after communication with, and reimbursement from the host. But not really what I wanted to spend time doing on my two day holiday with my wife.
Also, the "house rules" are written in a very severe and unwelcoming way.

We brought our own food. The location was very good - close to the venue, family and town.
Probably a good idea to bring your own pillows.

Good price
The fact it was in close proximity to the unit next door, and the walls are thin, next door had loud children singing and yelling which made it difficult to relax.
