Mystic Blue and Green Meadow

It suited our club for our 2 nights stay. The main kitchen and living area was large enough for all of us to socialise. Bathrooms appeared to have been recently updated, and showers were excellent.

We couldn’t get some keys to open external doors at back of one of the houses. One of the futon beds in the large living area had a hard ridge along the middle that made it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Fortunately there were enough beds we could change arrangements for the 2nd night. Unfortunately, and not the fault of the property owners, 2 dogs at a neighbouring house barked persistently until the small hours of each morning, making a good night’s sleep impossible.

The house was clean and tidy and set up exactly for what we needed. My group had a fantastic time and will definitely return in the future.

I am stating this from a person who had a group of adults with disabilities. WIth that being said some hand rails on the back steps and a step added at the front right hand end of the front verandah would assist people accessing the property. Otherwise, everything was great, comfy beds, everything was included that was on the advert for the property. Great property.

The landlord took $70 of the bond that we pay because we misplaced mugs and plates (there were all clean and back in the cupboards) saying that the cleaner must stayed two hours more to put in order that stuff

Location was central and easy to get to.

Property was not very clean, and for a house that fits a lot of people there was not enough glasses and the ones that were there were very dirty.
