Ambiente accogliente, raffinato, silenzioso, letto comodissimo, posizione strategica, ottima colazione . La host Annamaria gentilissima, disponibile e preparata ci ha assistiti con discrezione elargendo anche ottimi consigli per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consiglio.

Everything was really lovely and amazing for the price. The room was super comfy and nicely decorated, excellent shower, Netflix on tv, friendly staff who arranged transfer at very reasonable price. Also a great croissant and cappuccino for breakfast.

Esta en una zona privilegiada a 2 minutos de la parte antigua y a 10 minutos de paseo al puente, la chica que te atiende en los desayunos es muy amable, siempre te deja botellas de agua gratis cada vez que te arregla la habitacion. Es muy bonito en general, el estilo y el diseño.
La habitación es bonita, poco iluminada porque da a una calle estrecha, y solo tiene luces indirectas, huele un poco a humedad, el mando de la televisión fallaba y no había manera de poner ningun canal de pago (se supone que puedes conectar Netflix), en el checkin nos atendieron en 3 minutos, y ya está, se supone que tiene Spa y que entra, pero ni nos informó, ni enseño y siempre está cerrado, no hay nadie. Desayuno muy, muy escaso.

La struttura è in posizione centrale. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, una doppia con aggiunta di un terzo letto. Sono stati gentili a cambiarci la camera prenotata che era una Deluxe, perché aveva la doccia a vista.
La colazione buona ma solo dolce.
Il personale poco accogliente. La mancanza del parcheggio e il fatto che non ci sia stato dato un minimo consiglio per il parcheggio nè per la visita della città. La camera Deluxe è stata cambiata con una standard, su nostra richiesta, tuttavia abbiamo pagato la Deluxe + un supplemento per il terzo letto. Questo supplemento non era indicato nella descrizione della camera. Non contesto il prezzo che comunque era ottimo, ma avrei preferito maggiore chiarezza
