- very good location: 2 minutes away from the cathedral and restaurants and not in direct contact with the night life (but still close)
- the windows isolate quite well from the noise
- there's a small balcony
- air-conditioning, nice bathroom and quick hot water from the tap
- not ideal if you have a stroller because it's on a first floor
