Nice basic room with a terrace overlooking the port...plenty of comfort to rest well in a convenient location in the city if you do not need a luxury suite

So disappointed! Rude staff ( except for cleaning lady) , moldy curtains and silver fish in the bathroom. We were told to pay 140€ for tax and cleaning and service fees , only cash accepted , for only 5 nights. Cleaning and service fees were already paid in the booking and are ILLEGAL charges!! Don’t pay them! When we asked agoda for our money back it took them 5 days to actually understand and compensate us. But the money came from agoda and not the hotel.
The reception closes at 8pm and everybody arriving late has to pay extra for late check in or can’t even check in at all ( bad luck and sleeping on the streets ).
Also the hotel is at a different location than it says on the website. Absolutely rude and not at all customer friendly.

I chose this accommodation because it was the cheapest option available on Agoda while still offering acceptable facilities. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations.
However, my overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of transparency. After completing my booking, I discovered that the check-in address was different from the accommodation address shown on Agoda. When I arrived at the listed property, there was only a notice on the door instructing guests to go to another address approximately 2 km away to complete the check-in. This information should have been made much clearer before arrival.
Another issue was the additional charges. At check-in, I was asked to pay €36 as a "Destination Fee Expedia," €15 for cleaning, and €16.50 for the city tax for my three-night stay. While Agoda mentioned that taxes and cleaning fees would be collected directly by the property, it did not specify the amounts or mention the "Destination Fee Expedia" at all. The only clearly stated extra charge was the €40 fee for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
In my opinion, the advertised price is not fully representative of the actual cost of the stay. The low initial price is offset by several additional charges that are not clearly explained during the booking process. Greater transparency would help guests make informed decisions and avoid unpleasant surprises at check-in.
Overall, the accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, but the unclear pricing and check-in process made my stay less enjoyable. Considering the final amount I paid, there are many other accommodations in Naples offering similar quality with much clearer pricing and fewer unexpected fees.

They are scammer . They want 200 euro depozit and 100 euro tax , 30 euro cleaning
