Pleasant accommodation and a location close to the train station and metro.

The sofa bed needs replacing.

First, I need to clarify that I am a hotel person and not big on rentals. The host is a very amicable and helpful person. He offered his availability for help or requests at anytime-he lives next door. The location: super amazing in Piazza Loreto, a 5 minute walk to the subway (2 metro lines that can take you anywhere in Milan). Nearby, there are 2 supermarkets, coffee shops and ice cream shops as well as the shopping street of Corso Bueno Aires. 2 stops to tge Central train station or a 15 minute walk. The elevator: good. The room is too small for 2 people to move around if they have luggage -the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The bathroom is also too small to move around but the shower cabin was good for us -we are petite- and the water pressure was great (hot and cole water). The a/c was good in Milan’s heat. The availability of a microwave, a kettle, water, tea and coffee and some snacks was good. The host was so kind to book us a taxi for departure.

The towels need to be replaced as they are worn and smell strange. The breakfast had expired croissants-I discovered that after the 3 day. The washing machine -the reason why I had booked this property), turned to be actually the owner’s (host) own washing machine and it’s in the shared balcony. I personally didn’t feel comfortable using it so I haven’t tried to ask. I would have appreciated having a separate one inside the room-but now I see it’s a space issue-, it might go inside the bathroom next to the other door?! Overall, it was an okay stay for a few days with our planned day trips from Milan. But, it wouldn’t have fitted us if we were to spend more time in Milan.

Exactly as described the owner thought of everything and there was everything that we needed for our short stay
