    Very nice hotel we were able to book last minute at a great price. Located right by the Loreto Metro stop, ver convenient.

    Lokasi yang sangat strategik dengan harga yang berpatutan. Hanya jalan kaki ke kawasan pelancongan dan pusat bandar. Berdekatan dengan bustop, train station dan grocery store. Bilik luas, cantik dan bersih.Boleh repeat stay untuk akan datang.

    Hotel room is not equipped with usb ports to accommodate tourists. Front desk staff are so mean and inconsiderate. Arrived on the Friday afternoon, trying to borrow adapter but won’t give it to me without 10 euro deposit. I didn’t have euro and asked If I can pay with card or dollar coz I still need to withdraw or change money. They all said no. Walk around the area all the atms are closed. Went back to the hotel and ask again one more time for the adaptor, even willing to give my $20 for deposit till I get the euro., still they won’t give to me. Unbelievable ! I booked 3nights and they’re so scared that I will run out with their freaking adaptor. Horrible customer service. I never experienced this kind of treatment from any hotels. I’ve been to many European hotels but never been treated this bad. It’s also the first time I got mad that I’m giving a bad review.
