Authentic Italian holiday accommodation near Cinque Terre
Everything was amazing. The communication with Fabio was easy and quick. He was super helpful and even gifted us some tomatoes from his garden. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything you may need.

Very big, very clean, good location, good host.
This was a full sized apartment, fully equipped kitchen, Lounge/sitting, main bedroom, with bathroom, and a laundry and toilet. 2 balconies, one off the kitchen and one off the sitting room. It was much bigger than we expected, and it was clean, very clean. The location was good, easy to get to by bus from La Spezia, and close to Portonovere for ferry to Cinque Terre. Fabio was very accomodating, and communicated to us via whatsapp, from the get go. It was definitely our best accomodation on our whole Europe trip of 5 weeks. Thanks Fabio.
Not much to not like, but if you don’t like stairs, then maybe this is not for you. Flight of stairs to get to the front door, flight to next level, (kitchen/living) another flight to the bedroom. We left out suitcases under the staircase in the entry, worked well for us.

Indimenticabile
Proprietario gentilissimo, appartamento bellissimo più di quanto previsto, ho parcheggiato proprio sotto casa, non ho più utilizzato l'auto perchè a 20 metri avevamo il punto in cui partivano le navette e i bus che ti portavano ovunque a buon prezzo. Vacanza indimenticabile, la nuova paranza la consiglio a tutti. Grazie.

Posizione molto comoda , vicino ai mezzi pubblici con un grande parcheggio ( anche se a pagamento ) . Paesino delle grazie molto tranquillo e carino con tanti ristoranti e spiagge libere. L'appartamento è attrezzato per tutto e l 'abbiamo trovato molto pulito e spazioso. Il proprietario molto disponibile,educato e molto accogliente.
L 'unica cosa un po scomodaa sono gli scalini fuori e dentro casa , bisogna essere giovani! Casetta ligure molto tipica anche per questo.
