Lokalizacja obiektu super, z dala od centrum na wniesieniu przy lesie i ścieżce spacerowej , czystość zachowana , świetne wnętrza, mieliśmy pokój na piętrze z oknem na zewnętrznej stronie budynku - pokój obszerny dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Łazienka super. Łóżka ok i duża szafa na rzeczy osobiste. Super jaccuzi choć dodatkowo płatne. Własny " stok" choć podczas naszego pobytu nikt z niego nie korzystał. Dodatkowo sauna też płatna . Ciekawy korytarz wejściowy , gdzie zostawiało się obuwie i kurtki. Własna wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego. Parking ok , dużo miejsca na tarasie hotelowym.
Śniadania - bardzo małe ilości i brak urozmaicenia. Przez 3 dni to samo i porcje mini , co chwile dokładane produkty, ale też w małych ilościach. Brak parówek, sałatek, jajecznicy , jogurtów , owoców . Masło krojone w malutkie kwadratowe plasterki !!! Nie wykupowaliśmy pozostałych posiłków , bo opinie nie były ciekawe. W pokojach brak sprzętu i wyposażenia do zrobienia posiłków we własnym zakresie, np. brak szklanek, łyżeczek czy czajnika.
