Špindl Lodge Apartments Self check-in & Sauna

The hotel had a well-equipped kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing breakfast before heading out for the day. The kids' playroom was excellent and provided endless entertainment, with a climbing wall, pool table, ping pong, ball pit, games and puzzles. The same area also served as a shared dining room, which worked very well for families. Outside, there was a convenient parking lot, a playground and a huge trampoline that the children really enjoyed.

Ventilation in the rooms depended mainly on opening the windows, but there were no insect screens, which made this less comfortable despite the relatively cool weather in the area. The shower pressure was extremely low, and we found both the beds and pillows uncomfortable. There was also only one washing machine for all guests, which meant having to compete with others to find an available time slot. More importantly, despite the relatively late 17:00 check-in time, the cleaning staff had not finished preparing our room when we arrived. Unfortunately, the rushed preparation was noticeable, as the room did not feel properly clean and the bed linen did not seem clean either.

Grundsätzlich hat alles sehr gut funktioniert (vom WLAN bis zur Saunabenutzung) - allerdings wurde bis heute nicht auf die Meldung kleiner Mängel reagiert, wie der kaputter Stöpsel der Badewanne oder fehlender Klarspüler für die Spülmaschine
