Large, modern, and well-equipped apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful views. The spacious underground parking is very convenient. The staff are friendly and responsive, there are nice activities for kids, and the surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for walks. Shower always had hot water with strong stream.
There is no laundary washing machine in the Standard or Junior Suite rooms, and unfortunately, there are no shared laundry facilities or other laundry options available either in the area. This makes longer stays in the mountains less convenient. The breakfast is good, but it quite same and repetitive, especially during a longer stay.

Sehr freundliches Personal welches jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Tolles Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Konzept geht voll auf!
In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft ist ein Bauer wohnhaft dessen Hund Tag / Nacht durch starkes Bellen den Schlaf raubt. Zudem ist am Wochenende die Bauernjugend bis früh am Morgen am lautstarken feiern. Die Zimmer hatten leider nicht genug sonnenschutz, so dass z.B. das Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer um die 28 Grad hatte wenn man am späten Nachmittag von einer Unternehmung zurück kam.

Lokalita je dobrá a hotel má potenciál, hlavně co se týče zázemí a velikosti areálu. Snídaně byla chuťově v pořádku a výběr byl poměrně široký. Oceňuji také ochotu personálu na recepci.
Snídaně probíhala v hlučném a přeplněném prostoru, navíc bylo nutné si ji rezervovat předem, což působilo zbytečně komplikovaně. Interiér je nelogicky uspořádaný, člověk se musel několikrát prodírat přes celou halu, aby si snídani sestavil. SPA nebylo klidové, do sauny šel hluk a křik dětí z bazénu a chyběly oddělovací dveře.
