Byli jsme velmi spokojeni čistotou i výbavou společné kuchyně. Prostorná jídelna. Příhodné místo pro plánování výletů různým směrem nedaleko od centra. Vícelůžkový pokoj byl dostačující pro méně náročné turisty. Byl však s nově rekonstruovanou koupelnou se záchodem. Koupelna měla podlahové vytápění. Personál byl velmi vstřícný.
Po dobudování přístavku bude objekt poskytovat koupelnu a WC i pro ostatní pokoje.
