Lokalizacja blisko centrum i szlaków. W pokoju czysto i wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu a nawet więcej więc byliśmy bardzo miło zaskoczeni. Przyjechaliśmy w ogromny upał a mimo to w pokoju było chłodno. Zwierzaki mile widziane co zasługuje na ogromny plus :)

Bardzo miła Pani właścicielka. Pokój był przygotowany kilka godzin przed planowanym zameldowaniem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z pełnym zapleczem. Bardzo przyjemny zapach w pokoju. Wygodne łóżka.
Niestety ale personel powinien skupić się trochę bardziej na utrzymaniu porządku w obiekcie. Ja w swoim pokoju po zameldowaniu, znalazłem koło lodówki parę brudnych skarpet po poprzednich gościach. Jeśli chodzi o pościel itp wszystko jest w jak najlepszym porządku

Jesteśmy kolejny raz w Szklarskiej Porębie, ale pobyt w Klejnot Karkonoszy jak najbardziej zaskoczył nas urokliwym miejscem bardzo miłą obsługą, czystością,a aneks kuchenny jest rewelacyjny na pewno wrócimy tam.
Wszystko było Ok.
