Korzystna lokalizacja, możliwość pokoju z balkonem, obszerny widok na pasmo górskie. Kuchnia profesjonalnie zaopatrzona we wszystko i ponad to (np. gofrownica), ekspres do kawy na kartę płatniczą-super wynalazek. W pokoju czajnik i lodówka oraz telewizor. Oryginalny amerykański wystrój z prawdziwie amerykańskimi gadżetami.
Łazienka do unowocześnienia. Myślę, że to nastąpi kiedyś, bo nie da się naraz wszystkiego, a właściciele bardzo pozytywnie zaangażowani.
