Nejvíce se nám líbila lokalita, ve které je hotel umístěn. Pokoj byl čistý, byla v něm funkční lednice, varná konvice i nějaké hrnečky. Bylo nám umožněno použít mikrovlnku v kuchyňce v přízemí a personál nám nabídl také možnost sauny (tu jsme odmítli, venku bylo 30 stupňů a přijeli jsme na závod). Personál moc příjemný, v pokoji i koupelně bylo čisto.
Přišla nám zprávu, že klíč bude ve schránce na dveřích - nebyl. Museli jsme oběhnout celý hotel než jsme našli někoho z personálu kdo nás ubytuje.

Výborná výchozí lokalita pro hřebenovky pěšky i na běžkách. Dokonalý poměr cena/kvalita. Ochotný personál, výtečná kuchyně. Bezproblémové parkování.

Kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu najlepszą recenzją. Zdjęcia nie kłamią, obiekt swoje lata ma. Ja oceniam najważniejsze parametry: jest ciepło, blisko stoków narciarskich, na miejscu jest restauracja, narciarnia. Ceny przystępne, a z hotelu do Szpindlerowego Młyna jedzie się max 15 min.
Za dużo turystów dowiedziało się o istnieniu tego miejsca i coraz trudniej znaleźć nocleg

Харчування задовільне, готель старий та має неприємний запах каналізації, старих меблів. Персонал привітний але не на своєму місці.
