Ampi spazi esterni molto usufruibili, la presenza del parcheggio privato, i due bagni (anche se il secondo solo wc lavandino), la presenza delle zanzariere che permettano di tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte
La posizione delle camere verso la strada che è molto trafficata anche di notte (anche da autotreni) e l aria condizionata che potrebbe richiedere un po’ di manutenzione (molto rumorosa e poco efficiente),

La casa era piccola ma carina e in una buona posizione
Forse c'era qualche piccolo aggiustamento da fare tipo il letto erano due legati insieme e il materasso era in discesa
