Everything went very well. There were just a couple of minor glitches when we first got our room. Otherwise we would rate them excellent

Wonderful. Best views in Italy by far. Rich in history. Staff are all impeccable and friendly. Restaurant is superb and an incredible breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.
