About this house rental

Splendid house a few steps from the long Lake of the Trasimeno, where spectacular sunsets can be admired, situated right in the center of the country has all the services available: bank, supermarket, pharmacy, office
post office, bakery and butcher shop. A 2 minute stroll takes you to the starting point of the ferry to the beautiful and unspoilt Polvese Island suitable for fantastic excursions. At 10 minutes by car you can reach beautiful and rich Passignano restaurants.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Elisa ubd ihre Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. Zum See läuft man wenige Minuten, dort gibt es einige Restaurants und man kann gemütlich an der Promenade spazieren. Auch ein Supermarkt, eine Bank, eine Apotheke, Post und ein kleiner Wochenmarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Im Haus gibt es sogar eine Friseurin, bei der ich mir die Haare habe schneiden lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen! Einzige kleine Kritik: Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und man hört die Bewohner*innen aus der oberen Etage. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist es manchmal etwas dunkel. Uns hat beides aber nicht sehr gestört.

Die Wohnung an sich ist definitiv groß genug für zwei Leute. Bei mehr Leuten wäre ich skeptisch. Eingerichtet ist es ganz gut. Mit der Küche kann man sehr viel anfangen und auch Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein bisschen Wasser im Kühlschrank, die wichtigsten Gewürze waren da und es gab sogar Olivenöl. Diverse gut gepflegte Pfannen und Töpfe sind ebenfalls vorhanden und das Kochen macht viel Spaß dort. Allerdings muss man daran denken, seine eigenen scharfen Messer mit zu nehmen. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch und man muss sich darauf einstellen, nicht an einem Strand liegen zu können. Die umliegenden Dörfer sind recht klein und ganz süß. Man hat hier einen sehr italienischen Urlaub.

Il soggiorno, sebbene durato un giorno ed una notte, è stato confortevole. La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita, con tutte le dotazioni che normalmente trovi a "casa tua", il tutto ad un centinaio di metri dal lago Trasimeno. Ci torneremo volentieri.
