Lovely, peaceful, clean, modern flat in convenient yet quiet area.

The Studio was a lovely, very clean and modern, private top floor flat with pleasant views in a very quiet area that was only a 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars in Spa. Only 10/15 minute drive to the SpaFrancorchamps circuit. It comes with fridge, hob, microwave and kitchen implements so you can easily sort your own breakfast, lunch etc. Off road private parking space too.

Amazing villa Just outside of the city centre, the hosts left us everything needed for our short stay (tea, some sweets). The apartment was very warm although temperatures outsides were quite low. Check in and check out was done through a secured box, so you can come and go at the most suitable time. Already recommended it to some friends.

La villa Madeleine s'inscrit parfaitement dans le cadre général de la ville de SPA, dont l'architecture attire immanquablement l'attention par la magnificence des différents édifices . Cette jolie villa y compris!

Le climat s'est montré parfois malfaisant, mais a cela personne ne sait rien y faire.

Degelijk verblijf aan een klein budget.

Deze studio was mooi en rustig gelegen. De accommodatie was verzorgd en aantrekkelijk ingericht. De aangeboden hulp bij aankomst konden we zeer appreciëren.

Er was bitter weinig contact met de eigenaar, enkel wat basisinformatie en het aanbod een zware tas de trappen op te dragen (wat op zich wel welkom was!) Het was wat te hoog gelegen voor ons comfort. Dat was het risico dat we hadden genomen. TV in de slaapkamer was in ons geval beter geweest dan in de leefruimte. Iets om de tassen op te zetten in de slaapkamer zou ook praktisch zijn. Graag hadden we ook elk een kleine handdoek gevonden bij de grote.

C'était top, nous avons beaucoup apprécié, l'hôte était très sympa et accueillante. A recommander !

Accueil très chaleureux. Studio bien aménagé, au calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut.

La cuisine pourrait être un tout petit peu plus fonctionnelle (les rangements sont un peu dispersés). Ce serait bien aussi d'avoir des petites tasses à café.
