We had an amazing time at the property.

Its beautiful with a green garden at the back, ideal to live for a few days in the nature. Location is convenient near spa and the hosts are lovely, amazing and kind people.

The house is situated in a lovely location in the picturesque village of Sart, close to one of the best hiking trails of the area, the Hoegne. The family that rents the room creates a very friendly and welcoming environment making sure you have all the comforts you need. Our hostess willingly answered all our questions regarding the hiking options in the area and also gave us useful recommendations on places to visit nearby. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!!

Charming family run place with lots of character.

Very nice old house with lots of character and charm. Breakfasts are excellent and generous portions. It is a family run place and they were really friendly and kind to us. They helped organize everything we needed from hikes to restaurant booking.

The single bed was not leveled to horizontal (there is a depression in the old wooden floor)therefore I was sliding out of bed a little bit. But it was not that inconvenient.

Quiet location in a small village very near the famous Belgian Hautes Fagnes plateau with beautiful nature. Friendly owner, who gave us a lot of local advice and was extremely helpful. It was -8C outside but in the house it felt very cozy. The interior is authentic, charming yet practical and comfortable. Great breakfasts with quality ingredients. In the evening we appreciated the possibility to cook our meal in the owner's kitchen and eating room kindly shared with the guests. There are sheep, hens, a cat and a dog - great for children. Thank you, we will happily come back again!

The guesthouse was charming with everything needed for our long weekend stay. It’s in a beautiful setting, with lots of things to do close by. The best thing about the property was the host, Françoise, who gave us a really warm welcome, tips on things to do in the area and made sure we felt completely at home during our stay!

It is very nice and cosy place near the forests. The owner made us feel very welcome. She knows a lot about surroundings and gave us good advices. We also enjoyed tasty breakfast. Room was clean and pretty and had everything needed. It was relaxing trip in a very friendly place.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Francoise is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room is super cosy, a great bed and beautiful and relaxing bathroom. The breakfast is also wonderful with a lot of options to choose from, local delicacies and great bread.

Quiet and charming

The house is really lovely and the small room was really comfy. Amazing value for money. Place is super quiet but still close to the village Spa which has many restaurants. Supermarket is 5 min away. There is a kitchen you can cook for 10€ per day. Thank you we had a great time.

Francoise was echt super gastvrij. Alles was mogelijk. Heerlijk ontbijt Fijne plek inde tuin onder de boom om lekker te zitten. Kamer was ruim. Fijn bed en lekkere douche!!!

Huiselijk gevoel en lieve gastvroux

Nette kamer, goede matras. Gastvrouw heel vriendelijk. Lekker en verzorgd ontbijt. Er waren geen andere gasten dus we hadden het huis voor ons alleen. De schapenweide ligt wel niet naast het huisje. Het huis ligt naast de weg dus je hoort af en toe wel een auto passeren

Alles was ok, ik vond enkel de lakens niet echt zacht.
