The location in the old town and close to the arena is perfect. The apartment had aircon and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a lift and a balcony. We would like to extend a big thank you to Edoardo and Emily from the office who made our stay extra memorable

Location (when we found it) very central
Hard to find initially it’d be better if information provided mentioned the shops it was near. Aircon not in bedrooms so very warm but fans helped.

No explanation of how to use AC. The fact you were expected to take rubbish to bins over 100m away when you have cases
