Super pre X-mass holidays

Everything was cool, the apartment has everything one needs, very clean and comfortable! The location is perfect , in the very center, close to plenty of the most interesting, historical monuments and famous places and X-mass markets, brand shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was very helpful and provided us with the key pretty earlier check-in time despite their office (situated a few steps away from the apartments) was closed for the lunch-break at that time. We've highly appreciated this!

These are a few remarks just FYI (not contras for us at all): some of the apartments in this hotel can be reached not only by the lift but also by downstairs after it, quite comfortable though; the boiler in the apartment can be turned on with the buttons both outside and inside it ( the instructions were absent); there was (is?) a misprint in the instructions in the the kitchen how to reach the trash bin ( not on the photo) - one should turn not to the left, but to the right after G.Shop)

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Quiet but centrally located.

This apartment is absolutely lovely. We stayed in apt 1 which has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is beautifully updated, but still has the charm of an older apartment with elements like shutters.

A wonderful spacious apartment and visit!

The management of the apartment was very accommodating of my arrival time, which was earlier than the standard check-in time. On line check-in eliminates any paperwork that would ordinarily be necessary. The company that manages this and other apartments in the old city does its best to respond to any questions or issues quite rapidly. The location of the property is ideal, dead center of the old city, just steps from public transit, shopping, restaurants and ALL major site. I stay often in Verona, usually just out of the center as I am comfortable using public transport and the prices are usually better for long stays, but in the colder months, staying in the center of the old city makes coming and going so easy at any time of day, no waiting for buses, etc.

Perhaps a bit more attention could be paid between occupancy to conditions within the apartment, for example the boiler that provides hot water and heating for the apartment was turned when I arrived, and a piece of tape indicating where and how to turn it back on had peeled away so I was unable to find out how to do so. But a telephone message about the issue was responded to quite quickly and the problem was resolved with no need for further action. A quick check of such things between guests could eliminate such an annoyance (though quite minor in the end!)

Comfortable and enjoyable

The property is within walking distance of most of the main attractions in the city center, which made exploring super easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better for anyone wanting to experience everything the city has to offer.

Our stay was super lovely overall! Just a small note — the toiletries weren’t quite enough for our 4-day stay, and there was a slight gas smell from the boiler when using hot water.

Great Stay

I absolutely loved this place! The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. It's true that you pick up the keys at a different building, but it's just a short walk away, practically on the same street. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. The location is unbeatable. The street is one of the main ones in Verona, lined with shops and everything is just stunning with that classic Verona vibe. You're right in the heart of the city, so it’s easy to walk to all the main attractions, and even the walk itself feels like a little sightseeing tour. The host was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. I forgot a piece of clothing at the apartment, and he was kind enough to send it to me at my next destination. Really appreciated that! Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Location! Wow right in the old and exclusive part of Verona. Arena opera down the road. Large spacious flat.

It was so hot… 34-36 degrees that air con in bedrooms would have been great. We did have a fan. Shower in 2nd bathroom was drizzle luckily we had another bathroom. Also tips like where is the nearest super market and local maps would have been very useful.

Prime location can’t make up for serious flaws

The apartment’s fantastic location right in the heart of the old town is undoubtedly its biggest selling point. While this does mean that it gets quite noisy in the evenings and at night, that’s to be expected given the central setting. Overall, the flat was relatively clean – apart from a few hairs left behind by the previous guest – or at least as clean as an older apartment can reasonably be.

I would not choose to book this apartment again. The host did not leave a good impression for several reasons. Most notably, they did not respond to any messages – neither before my arrival nor during the stay when I gave feedback. Here’s what I encountered: * A noticeable smell of gas in the air at times. * A very old, broken clothes drying rack that could not be used. * A showerhead that sprayed water in all directions and clearly needs replacing. * A shower screen that was no longer functional and appeared questionable in terms of hygiene. * Several lights were not working, and some plugs were visibly deformed. * The hairdryer provided could not be used without an adapter. * There was only one adapter in the entire flat, which was usually installed in the kitchen. * The kitchen was rather poorly equipped – cooking would not have been possible due to a lack of basic essentials like salt, pepper oil etc. * The Wi-Fi (a Vodafone box) had no reception in the apartment. * Guests are expected to dispose of their rubbish themselves upon departure, using a facility located a five-minute walk away. The room advertised as a second bedroom turned out to be a rather unloved “living room” with a sofa – whether one would be willing to sleep on it is entirely a matter of personal preference.

Apartment requires a lot of modifications to make it comfortable

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city, which offers great convenience, but it comes with a downside: the noise levels can be quite high, especially on weekends and holidays, often lasting until around 1:30 am. The bedroom and living area are reasonably sized, and there is a small washing machine available for use.

The apartment has several issues, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen feels cramped and with an outdated gas stove plus one electric burner; the gas burners are difficult to ignite and emit a persistent gas odor, prompting us to stop using them entirely. The coffee maker and kettle show signs of heavy use, with the plastic water containers in both appliances being significantly calcified. The bathroom poses an even greater problem, especially the bathtub shower, which is nearly impossible to use due to low water pressure. Hot/Cold combination is not workable. The plastic enclosure around the bathtub is awkward and not very clean. Furthermore, we have had to buy our own cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent, as none were provided.

Beautiful Apartment in Old Town Verona

Amazing location, right in the centre of Verona old town, yet incredibly quiet & comfortable at night; tons of excellent restaurants, bars, etc nearby; beautiful building & spacious apartment, with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults + a baby; functional kitchen, washing machine, etc; efficient heating

3 days in a construction site

Location in mid city

The owner didn't update a nearby flat is being renovated, so we got hammers and drilled all time long. For now he is refusing to compensate saying he didn't know. The button line is he expects me to pay full price for living for 3 days in a construction site.

Great value for our short stay in Verona!

Location was great, we walked everywhere. Space was enough for the 3 of us & had a laundry machine. Collecting keys was easy and close by. Joy, the girl who I met to get the keys, was lovely. She showed us around, explained basic details and information.

The wifi did not work well while we were there. I slept on the sofa bed and was next to the router, still the wifi signal was poor. My sister in the main bedroom would often not have internet. Also, we were supposed to leave the keys inside on our way out but to get out of the main gate, we needed the keys. So I had to run down to open the gate, let me luggage and family outside & then come back up to the apartment to leave the keys there. How do people get out if they are by themselves?

only the location was great

The apartment was not very clean, the toilet flushing was broken when we arrived ( they came to fix it quickly but they already knew about our stay !! this should have been repaired before we come in)! nothing was available ( usually when you rent a house the least you can find is dishes sponge and liquid!! ) this one had NOTHING. air condition was noisy and not cooling well. the shower tub is too high and it should be mentioned in the description because it is not easy for elderly or anyone with knee/ back problem to get in.

We had a great time in Verona and the flat and the location were really great!

The location was very central and in the heart of what felt like one of the busiest streets in Verona! Plenty of room in the flat for our family of three.

There was no basics in the flat and for a three night stay we did not want to purchase things like oil, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, etc. It would have been nice to have some of these items in the flat. The reception desk was difficult to find, could have used better directions to locate the office. It was off of a side street and the door from the street was very non-descript.

The location is fabulous. And the staff was very helpful, many thanks to Imane for her promptitude in helping with some issues but also for recommending some great restaurants.

It needs renovation

The location is wonderful.

The apartment needs a renovation for bathroom. Toilet water comes from a tank with a bad voice and it is loud that everyone can wake up at night. Hot water for bathroom is not good enough :( and weak. They charged us 20 euros more for coming after 19:00 for first day. And we could not receive the invoice even I asked multiple times. And no answer from the staff. The hangers was very old and dusty. It was a business trip so we just use the apartment at night for sleeping and bathroom only i am sure there will be more missing staff if you want to use it as a family.

Air conditioner was probably too small for the size of the apartment but it worked. Not being able to park our car in the Centro Storico and having to pay extra for parking fees outside the city.
