Nice location- walking distance to Vatican City
Funky check-in. Room was pretty small and the A/C was barely working. Took hours to get the room to a decent temperature. No onsite assistance.

Good location. Transport connections quite close. As are restaurants.
Small things, some noise in the room. The shower mixer worked a bit strangely. The air heat pump was quite clogged. Quite a lot of humidity in the room.

I really enjoyed everything. The room was so pretty and clean, comfy bathroom, amazing neighbourhood and super kind staff. I totally recommend.

The room was clean and staff were nice
The pictures make it seem the building has more privacy but in reality it’s just a tight room were you open the door and are right by the tiny check in/out desk as well as hear every conversation people are having outside the tiny check in room. They woke me up too because it was so loud.
