A very nice structure, very modern and clean! It's a student accommodation, but also suitable for other types of travelers. Simple, basic rooms, but one of the best I've stayed in center Rome! A basic kitchen is available in the room. Location is great, just a few kilometers from St. Peter's and 1 min from various buses. Good breakfast and real espresso coffee from the machine!
The gym is nice, but very dirty! You can hear EVERYTHING from one room to the other, like the person is inside your room. Price is rather high for a student accommodation with shared bathroom. Parking is 10 euros a night. Not for people with mobility difficulties (both the access and the rooms).

The facility is clean and spacious. It’s good price.
The location wasn’t great as advertised! It’s not in the city center and it’s a bit scratchy to walk on the street at night. The wall is also very thin so you can hear about the noise on the hallway at night.
