Fijn geleden, naast het treinstation van Nice en op 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Nice (ook mogelijkheid voor een kleine prijs de tram, die tegenover de ingang ligt) alles wat je nodig hebt was in het appartement inclusief airco. En een mooie oude lift in het gebouw die prima werkte
De gordijnen lieten wel wat veel licht door waardoor je al vrij vroeg wakker werd door de zon

Appartement idéalement situé avec la porte de l'immeuble qui s'ouvre directement sur l'arrêt du tram (station gare thiers)
Spacieux et bien lumineux avec une fenêtre et un balcon qui ouvrent sur une cour très calme
La cuisine est bien équipée avec plaque de cuisson, mico onde, lave vaisselle et réfrigérateur.
Wifi et climatisation sont aussi disponibles.
Les instructions pour accéder à l'appartement sont nets et précis et la communication avec le propriétaire est fluide.

Locația centrală aproape de punctele de interes , aproape de gară. Facilitățile: fier de calcat, mașina de spălat, uscător de rufe. Balconul este un plus.

The appartment is cozy and generally suitable for couples. It has everyting you need for a base to explore Nice and the Cote d'Azur. It is very quite, despite beeing located on the busiest main shopping street, in the city center. Also, the tram station is just in front of the door, which is convenient. Almost everything you want to see or buy in Nice you can reach easily by walking. In addition, the host are genuinly friendly and welcoming.
However, there are downsides to. There was an unnatural stank in the entrace area of the building, which grossed by girl out. The smell remained there for days. We never figured out what it was. Also, the bed is not very comfy. Both aspects are rather bad if you want to travel with your significant other. The balkony was obsolete, because all you can see is a desolate building on the other side.
