Everything was wonderful during our stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Silvia met us in the parking lot and accompanied us to the apartment to explain everything. Great communication, comfortable bed, good location walking distance to the center of Florence, fast wifi. A great stay, grazie mille Silvia!
If I had to find something to improve, I'd suggest adding a microwave. We managed to reheat our food on the stove no problem, but for convenience, it could be nice. Perhaps add a shelf in the shower too. But I'm really searching to find suggestions!
