Location , location, and reservable garaging facility as parking in the city is a nightmare until all workers have gone home, so pre 8pm spaces are zero. The host was amazing, John Paul gave us a briefing on what to see in the castle and the places to eat in the old town based on our short stay. Brilliant.
No air-conditioning, it was 34 degrees, but a fan was provided. It's an old city house so was expected really.

The place was very charming. Jean-Paul gave us great advice concerning where to go for meals and how to easily see the area. The room was also very quiet at night and breakfast was delicious. We only wish we had stayed longer.

If you are looking for a personal experience where it looks like you are staying at someones house, this is a good place. The host can give personal tips for visits and restaurants.
I don't think it's a great B&B to go with kids. The room was large but a bit dusty with a lot of carpets on the floor. Upon arrival the kids where warned directly to not make any noise, when I am more than capable of saying that to them myself. Also, the host continued with a story about a kid who fell off the wall in Carcasonne, when I asked him to stop telling it. Felt like walking on my tose and invading someone's space the whole time.
