We really enjoyed the location and the beautiful view, but the lack of air conditioning, noise and poor light shading in

The temp in the apartment was very high at this time of year (no air condition) Missing some essential cleaning supplies for kitchen utentials + washing machine Dirty floor Quite small bathroom and bathtub Dirty/molded washing machine (the surface) Internett not working Noice from back alley (from bedroom, was necessary to have the windows open due to high temperature) Poor light shading in bedroom

Good
It's in a lovely location. Lerici is wonderful with lots of nice swimming places and restaurants. It's also easy to do day-trips and explore other near places like Porto Venere and Cinque Terre. It was big and comfortable for two people and it was very nice having a balcony (with an amazing view!). It was also nice having a kitchen and washing machine. And the host was super nice and helpful! Thank you!
No wifi. We were aware that there wouldn't be wifi, but the mobile coverage was extremely weak as well and would only work outside on the balcony, so maybe installing wifi would be a good upgrade! It was quite noisy from the outside and the neighbors, but it was located on a busy street so that was expected. No air conditioning. There was a weird smell in the kitchen sometimes.

Beautiful location
Absolutely fabulous view from the breakfast table overlooking the beautiful marina at Lerici. Centrally located for restaurants, shopping, markets, walking, beaches, and boat trips to Cinque Terre. Lovely little apartment with double bedroom and very large sofa bed - easily extended. Fully equipped galley kitchen and cute balcony overlooking the sea front. Follow owners instructions to arrive in front of apartment and drop off luggage. Access is up little street behind the building - just a few paces. If driving, drop off before going to car park (also from owners instructions)
Bathroom is small and drains in the area a bit smelly. The location is the thing.
