Bene ma non benissimo.

La posiziine centralissima nel centro storico, a pochi metri dai traghetti e dai locali, si ristoranti e il mare, per una Lerici tutta da vivere. Il garage a circa 600 mt facilmente raggiungibile a piedi essendo Lerici a traffico limitato, importantissimo averlo x lasciarci la macchina. Conad, banca e posta praticamente sotto casa. Il proprietario ha gentilmente fatto in modo di procurarci il telecomando della tv che non abbiamo trovato, dall'appartamento di sotto che era vuoto. Il proprietario contattato x farci rimanere fino alle ore 14, ha detto che potevamo anche fino alle ore 14 soprattutto x il garage, però poi abbiano deciso di andare via prima x goderci ulteriormente i posti meravigliosi. Appartamento piccolo ma comodo e e piacevole. Top l'ascensore dentro l'appartemento x scendere e sicuro sia l'ingresso che l'uscita dalla casa.

Essendo un appartamento ci saremmo aspettate ciò che di utile possa avere x un soggiorno completo: mancava il detersivo x i piatti, solo una minibustina monodose, asciugamano x le stoviglie, olio (presenti invece sale,, zucchero e caffè) , una scopa con relativa cassetta, sacchetti x la raccolta dei rifiuti e relativi cestini, solo due rotoli di carta igienica x due persone x 4 giorni pieni e 4 notti. Doccia schiuma e shampoo praticamente una monodose a testa in toto x tutto il periodo.. Quindi abbiamo comprato tutto quello che appunto mancava.

Gefallen hat mir dass die Wohnung zentral war.

Die Wohnung war nicht dreckig jedoch gab es ein paar Mängel ( Küche war nicht so sauber, Kühlschrank oder Besteck war unsauber, Stühle waren verfleckt…) Es gibt keinen Privatstrand, wie beschrieben. Parkplatz war zu weit entfernt, ich parkte somit irgendwo anders da es zu aufwändig war… Gestank der Restaurants war sehr penetrant. Jedoch Preislich war es ok, man kann nicht viel erwarten

Fantastico Lerici

La posizione di questo appartamento è davvero ottima. Nel centro di Lerici. Tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi dietro al castello. Sotto casa tutti i ristoranti, caffè tabaccheria supermercato. La cucina dotata di ogni cosa, ben fornita con macchina del caffè e anche piccola moka. Addirittura con mia sorpresa c’era anche la lavatrice mai menzionata nelle forniture della casa. Posto auto nelle vicinanze da considerarsi un súper lusso a Lerici. L’agenzia che gestisce questo posto è davvero efficiente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il Wi-Fi e hanno sempre risposto ai messaggi a qualsiasi ora risolvendo poi il problema.

Condizionatori: sono molto molto datati e rumorosi. Quello della stanza matrimoniale faceva un rumore assordante. La prima notte in bianco… poi ci siamo un po’ abituati. Bisognerebbe anche pulire i filtri che erano sporchissimi. Pulizia: lasciava un po’ a desiderare… Raccolta differenziata: se volete che gli ospiti facciano la raccolta differenziata, dotate la casa con i giusti sacchetti per farlo.

Centralissimo, comodo, bello e pulito.

La posizione è perfetta, la casa è carina, accogliete, comoda, moderna. Il bagno ben ristrutturato, pulito, bello e comodo. Anche la cucina è comoda. C’è tutto il necessario dentro.

Quando apri le finestre, c’è l’odore del pesce fritto dalle cucine dei ristoranti che si trovano sotto casa. Per fortuna, c’è anche l’aria condizionata, che ti permette di non aprire le finestre. Il salotto è buio.
