Stefano was very helpful, assisting us with check-in outside his working hours on Sunday. He stayed on the phone with us upon arrival and remotely opened the doors. The location is a major highlight - close to both the metro and train station, making it easy to travel within Rome and beyond. The neighbourhood is pleasant and safe, with good cafes and eateries nearby.

Close to the metro and walking distance from Vatican. Ok basic room with AC and TV. Cleaned every day.
Another review in August 22 noted a broken showerhead.. it's still broken in the twin room. It's impossible to sleep past 7am. There is absolutely no noise insulation. The walls are so thin and the flooring is parquet. You hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartment.. every door which is opened, every step taken, TVs from other rooms, the cleaner vacuuming and talking on the phone. Frustrating doesn't beging to describe it. We left the "do not disturb" sign twice and the cleaner still came in.. I don't get the point.
