Excellent stay. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding, and the Octagon restaurant offered great options for both lunch and dinner. Snorkelling was a fantastic experience, and the hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped, and the spa is a must. Special thanks to Gede, our snorkelling guide, and Surana and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us. Highly recommended for a relaxed, high-quality experience.

Just about everything was great. We have stayed at multiple Plataran properties and they are consistently very good in all areas - the staff, facilities, restaurants, and available amenities and activities are all excellent.

Our only small complaint about this stay was that the pool at our villa was not cleaned when we arrived. I think we would have used the pool if it was free of leaves and debris but we decided not to use it. I think this would be a nice improvement and not to much to ask for given that we were here during the low season.

The property is focused on preserving nature and bringing awareness to how beautiful our planet is. It is nested in the national park and the amenities are extremely comfortable while remaining sustainable.

Our stay at Plataran Menjangan was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed and cared for. The setting is magical, tucked in nature with deer grazing nearby. Our villa was spacious, private, and beautifully maintained, with lovely touches that made it feel luxurious yet relaxed. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction, and the food was incredible. We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you, Plataran team, for such a special experience!

A wonderful place in beautiful nature. Wildlife all around. Villa’s were great, clean and nicely decorated. Service was beyond good; everyone was so helpful and friendly. Infinity pool is great. Food and drinks were delicious. A quiet calming and peaceful place; feels like heaven on earth.
