Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen im West Bali Nationaltag mit sehr wenig Touristen. Zum Runterkommen und Entspannen sehr gut. Die Anlage hat einen schönen großen Pool, für Kinder und Schwimmen ideal. Es gibt einen netten Jetty, von dem man gut Schnorcheln kann und viele Korallen und einige Seesterne und Fische sehen kann. Wir haben uns den Ausflug auf Grund des hohen Preises und wegen Jetty gespart, sind aber auch von Malediven verwöhnt. Kayak macht sehr viel Spaß. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich (generell auf Bali). Kinderfreundlich. Gutes Essen in 2 Restaurants. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, trägt aber auch den u.g. Punkten Rechnung.

Die Anlage und Villen sind sehr abgewohnt. In Villa 104 knarrte der Boden bei fast jedem Schritt sodass man Nachts aufgewacht ist und Angst hatte die Deko auf dem Schrank fällt fast runter. Beschwerde freundlichst entgegen genommen, ansonsten ignoriert. Wechsel von Ocean Pool in Forest Villa für uns nicht akzeptabel. Villa für 3 Personen gebucht, aber auch auf Nachfrage nur 2 Sonnenliegen. Safe recht lose im Schrank, Wasserspender defekt, wurde aber schnell getauscht. Fahrradtour im Nationalpark mit Leihrädern auf Grund begrenzter und schlechter Wege nicht möglich. Fahrräder würden in DE keinen „TÜV“ bekommen, Bremsen funktionierten kaum, nur mit massivem Kraftaufwand. Im Grunde kein Strand. Die Homepage vermittelt ein eher sehr gehobenes und vielseitiges Erlebnis, was Anlage und Hotel nicht halten können.

The hospitality of the entire team was way too much. We had informed them that we need vegetarian Indian curry and the chef went out of way to learn from the You tube and prepared the same and the taste was similar like cooked in India. Entire team was there to serve us and the location was and table placing was wonderful.

From our welcome to check out all the processes were out of the way and very very intricate.

Excellent stay. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding, and the Octagon restaurant offered great options for both lunch and dinner. Snorkelling was a fantastic experience, and the hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped, and the spa is a must. Special thanks to Gede, our snorkelling guide, and Surana and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us. Highly recommended for a relaxed, high-quality experience.

The bed and the quietness.

The lack of knowledge given its a top eco resort and a nature sanctuary on nature and how to protect it. The rubbish in the water that surrounds the resort and turtle sanctuary, the cats that are kept around the bird sanctuary. The fact I was told that there was no jellyfish but upon walking out onto a jetty amongst mangroves was a box jellyfish. Luckily coming from Australia, I am familiar with such jellyfish in such waters. I don't know whether to criticise Indonesia for trying, but I think you can't call yourself an eco resort and 'world' top safari resort without addressing some of the above issues. I do love that there is some effort to bring back nature and nature but I feel the above negates the purpose.
