入住的第一晚暴雨，房间断电了。酒店及时准备了另一间房间。第二天帮我们把行李搬过去了
酒店的下午茶和早饭还不错
低于预期的住宿。
以下提到的这些问题对于一般的经济型酒店当然不是问题，但是这家酒店是这片地区最贵的酒店，也标榜为world best safari stay，那必须以不同于普通酒店的标准来看了
1.负责在booking上沟通的员工有待提升。首先，酒店弄错了入住人数，我已经就加床在booking上沟通了不止一次，入住的时候接待人员显然完全不知道这件事。有点尴尬。然后我在booking上询问入住几天的具体活动安排，一开始就甩给我酒店官网链接（并没有每天的具体安排），在我的追问下才发给入住那几天的活动安排。
2.酒店的水上活动安排有待提升。我以前在印尼住过的同级别或者价位的酒店并不限制水上活动的时间，这边有具体的时间（下午3-4点，虽然酒店也没有严格说4点后就结束），但同时立着一块牌子说所有风险自担，边上也没有任何工作人员。我理解水上活动的风险由客人自担是合理的，但是作为包含活动的package，这么做让人感觉有刻意回避风险的感受，不是太好。酒店提供的仅有浮潜设备租赁而已。另外我们被告知天气原因无法皮划艇
3.因为晚上暴雨把房间的电线搞坏了，我们不得不在天黑的情况下从一个villa搬到另一个villa。感谢经理安排的及时。但是第二天我们回来之后发现新搬入的villa的户外浴缸并没有打扫，也没有放沐浴露等物品。
4.我们入住的第二天一早要去观鸟，酒店给准备了早餐盒，但是不得不说东西很一般。提供的桔子和苹果非常酸，没法吃。不太符合这个档次的酒店水准。

super lage, ein vorzügliches essen im hotelrestaurant, sowohl das frühstück, als auch das abendessen. das personal super freundlich und entgegenkommend.
die bungalows sind wunderschön, aber schon ein wenig in die jahre gekommen, in jedweder hinsicht. dies sollte die geschäftsleitung in ihrer preispolitik berücksichtigen.

Excellent stay. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding, and the Octagon restaurant offered great options for both lunch and dinner. Snorkelling was a fantastic experience, and the hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay.
The villa was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped, and the spa is a must. Special thanks to Gede, our snorkelling guide, and Surana and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us.
Highly recommended for a relaxed, high-quality experience.

The bed and the quietness.
The lack of knowledge given its a top eco resort and a nature sanctuary on nature and how to protect it. The rubbish in the water that surrounds the resort and turtle sanctuary, the cats that are kept around the bird sanctuary. The fact I was told that there was no jellyfish but upon walking out onto a jetty amongst mangroves was a box jellyfish. Luckily coming from Australia, I am familiar with such jellyfish in such waters. I don't know whether to criticise Indonesia for trying, but I think you can't call yourself an eco resort and 'world' top safari resort without addressing some of the above issues. I do love that there is some effort to bring back nature and nature but I feel the above negates the purpose.
