Very close to the arrival of the ferries.
The bathroom was not super clean, especially the toilet.

The sea view balcony is absolutely fantastic! What a great view to enjoy at any time of the day! The room is very clean and right next to the harbour so it's handy to get around. Very good facilities. Ivan was very flexible with check out time since my ferry wasn't coming until late afternoon.

The location. The view was fantastic.
Broken hot water system which was eventually fixed 24 hours later. Ivan the manager offered no apologies. His customer service is very poor.
