The use of the kitchen! Why waste money on renting an apartment when such a brilliant shared kitchen is available with a double room! The kitchen had everything, oven, gas and electric hobs, a fireplace for barbecuing indoors, and a good size fridge, on top of the one in the room. Right by the sea, right by the very port, right by buses...
