Sweet Roman Holiday

Raccomando vivamente!

Niente

This is a great apartment if you are flying into and flying out of FCO and you don't want to pay the ridiculous 35 Euros for a 2-minute drive by taxi from the airport. The apartment is close to the train station, and it takes 10 mins by train to get to the airport. The apartment is spacious and well equipped - the hosts are friendly.

The check in was more difficult than my other apartments, the hosts didn't speak English which made it a little challenging. There is a ridiculous tourist tax of 4 Euros - which meant even though it was the end of my holiday I had to get cash out. The apartment had a weird smell; there was no kettle so I couldn't make a cup of tea - although for coffee lovers they have every device you could hope for :-). I couldn't get the shower to run consistently warm and it sprayed out at weird angles.

Casa stupenda e proprietaria gentilissima

conveniently located next to the airport and we had a flight the very next morning. also the woman who welcomed us did everything to help us out with all we needed, which was great and the main reason I’m giving a better rating.

not clean and the bed was very noisy. not well maintained. some work to do.
