Horrible

We paid for a delux room with mountain and courtyard views. Instead the room was more like a concrete bunker set in a junk yard with broken tiles, no view except neighbours fence, broken window, wire holding fence together. The smoke alarm was dismantled, there was no signal for the tiny tv, and the room so unpleasant I wouldn’t put a dog in it. Booking.com should remove this filthy eyesore from their website asap.

old, cold, one single person comforter for 2 so we had to ask for another one and we were provided with a blanket.

Disappointing

Apple trees and grapes seen from window .

The carpet in room seems to be never cleaned, full of dust and spider nets everywhere . Glasses were sticked to tray at table and with dead spider on it. But bathroom was clean .

Rough accommodation

The location. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the old town. You could also go up to the castle from there.

Wifi was very poor. Connection was intermittent and very slow. Room was so cold (I think the heater was not on). The water situation was strange - first day, there was no hot water; second day - it was the cold water that wasn’t working. The whole place was just a makeshift accommodation at the back of the restaurant. The owner did not speak French or English.

Disappointing

The receptionist is didn’t welcome as well. We stayed at the back of the place because he didn’t expect how many of us will arrive. He even didn’t expect that he has a Guests. And There are only some areas with WIFE (which you needed the most,Especially when you are Foreigner) our doesn’t have one.

The Host was nice

Location was kind of scary at night. Checkin and Checkout times not comfortable. Had no breakfast as the breakfast time was after 10am. No one to contact in case needed any help. Small room. Almost zero facilities.

Uns hat nur die Lage gefallen sonst nichts,echt schade

Das Haus sah wie schon längst verlassen aus,sehr gruselig wenn man rein kommt, alles sehr alt mit unangenehmen Geruch,die Treppen aus holz die quitchen wenn man läuft,Möbel sehr alt,im Zimmer waren Spinnweben zu sehen,im Zimmer war keine einzige Steckdose ausser im Bad,Licht war sehr gedämpft ,überall war alles dunkel auch Tagsüber, man hat kaum was gesehen, eine außergewöhnliche Duschkabine, gefühlt 150 Jahre alt ,wir hatten Angst dort überhaupt Wasser zu benutzen ausm Wasserhahn wg Legionelen, weil es sah so aus als schon sehr lange kein Lebendiger Mensch dort war ,Treppenhaus überhaupt nicht beleuchtet,wir haben unser Handylicht benutzt ,was wir auch nicht verstehen können ist,das der Besitzer überhaupt nicht wusste das wir kommen ,er sah riechtig überaschend aus,der Pizzeria im Hochsaison steht leer mit kein einzigen Gast. Wir haben trozt unsere bezahlte übernachtung dort nicht länger als eine Stunde ausgehalten, wir haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gefunden. Die 120€ ist übertrieben für so eine Unterkunft, so was solte nicht beim Booking sein überhaupt nicht. Leider haben wir kein Video und keine Bilder gemacht,wir wollten so schnelle wie möglich weg sein.
