Excellent location from Split old town. Away from the crowd but close enough about 12mins walk. The apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. The communication with Renato was clear and easy through WhatsApp. He was very kind and helpful. It was the only apartment where the host prepared water in the fridge and snacks for us. Highly recommend this apartment in Split.

The bathroom is relatively new, but it already requires maintenance. It is almost impossible to take a shower without water overflowing onto the bathroom floor because the rubber seal on the shower door needs to be replaced. The shower itself is heavily clogged with limescale buildup, and around half of the spray holes do not release water at all. It clearly needs maintenance and descaling. The kitchen is generally well equipped and includes most of the necessary utensils. However, it is missing a frying pan. For example, for cooking eggs or a steak It is also very difficult to sleep in the apartment without using a sleep mask. The bedroom has a glass door, which allows a large amount of light to enter from the main area. The kitchen curtains do not block much light, and the entrance door also has a glass window without any curtain or cover, allowing additional light into the apartment. Finally, the bed is of very poor quality. It makes a lot of noise with even small movements, and the mattress is uncomfortable and lacks proper support. You sink into the mattress, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

La posizione ottimale! Ad un passo dal centro storico. Casa molto pulita, di recente ristrutturazione. Host molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La lavatrice molto utile e cucina fornita di tutto. Posizione centrale anche per qualsiasi esigenze, supermarket, farmacia, mercatino della frutta di fronte.

Se si arriva in auto il parcheggio nei paraggi è difficoltoso perché trattandosi di una zona centrale in tanti vi parcheggiano per riversarsi nel centro storico.Il palazzo esternamente ha uno stile un pò vecchiotto ma internamente l'appartamento è molto carino
