Situarea într-un cartier liniștit, comunicarea cu gazda, efortul lui de a diminuat disconfortul legat de problemele inițiale de conectare la wifi, faptul ca ne-a oferit mai multe prosoape, bucătăria din sufragerie bine utilata, cu excepția espressorului. La 10-15 minute de restaurante...
Ferestre fără plase, deci intrau țânțari, pentru ca ferestrele trebuiau deschise, iar AC era doar în sufragerie. Pernele și lenjeriile cred ca necesita schimbare. Lipsa mașinii de cafea, mai ales ca nu era o cafenea în vecinătate. Mirosul de pe holul/scara imobilului vechi.
