Location. It was very well equipped with everything you need. A home away from home.
The steps were a challenge with heavy cases. When we stayed at the accommodation the weather was very hot. We had expected a fitted air conditioner as Booking advised the place had air conditioning. It was a portable unit which the owner advised it would only need to be used if above a certain temp and the fan provided would suffice. As the apartment is on the top floor the room was very hot. The owner did offer to set up the portable air conditioner on a 34 degree day.

All was excellent, the location was perfect, the apartment was cozy, it was equipped with everything , really felt like a home away from home.
Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
