IVAS Pelion

The location is great. This guesthouse is along the main road where all the restaurants and coffee bars are. The sea is just across the street and I could see it from my room. My room also had a balcony. The bathroom is new. Supermarket is 1 min away. The nearest beach is just across the street but within 5-10 minutes (walking) you can get to Papa Nero and Plaka beaches. The area is also good for hiking, the forest gives a nice shadow and the water streams make a fresh atmosphere. The host Iro is very helpful and provided all the information and made me feel very welcome. Will stay here again when I will be in this area.

We thank the hosts very much for their kindness and for all the help they gave us so that we could have a perfect holiday . Iro and her family are very friendly , generous amazing people. The room is not very large, but enough for two people, it is very nicely furnished ,it has a very comfortable bed and is very clean.

Tasteful and romantic room with sea view from a small balcony. Clean and well prepared for our arrival. Iro, the owner is exceptional. We really liked our stay, although it was only one night. We will be back for more in the near future.

Very clean room (they clean it every day), nice funiture, comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice and big enough. We have a refrigerator and the AC was good, smart tv too. The wifi was ok, not great. It is situated in the centre of Agios Ioannis, just walking distance to everything: beaches, restaurants, public parking. It's down on the seaside, not on the steep roads above. The owners are great, so helpfull. You can borrow from them umbrellas, towels, sun hats. We ate gyros at their local next to the studios and they gave us free beer :).

The room was very small, it's difficult if you have many luggages. The sea partial view it's not so great, the balcony it's small too. It's difficult if you want to eat something in the room because of the space.
