Everything, the room was so comfortable for us and our three kids. Amazing location minutes to town.

The roads in Pelion are not for the faint of heart but the visit and beautiful beaches are worth it!

We stayed as a family of four for three nights. There are several things this hotel does very well. The rooms are spacious, the staff is genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, and the spa was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. It offered a wide variety of options, and we especially appreciated the gluten-free choices they prepared for our son with celiac disease. They went above and beyond to accommodate him, which made a real difference to our experience. The staff truly deserves credit for their attitude and willingness to help, but better maintenance and quality control would make a significant difference.

Throughout our stay we encountered several maintenance issues: a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, an empty soap dispenser upon arrival, old faucets that were difficult to operate, squeaky doors and beds, an air conditioner in one of the rooms that repeatedly stopped working, and a pool area that often looked neglected with dry leaves. None of these issues alone would have significantly affected our stay. However, together they created the feeling that the hotel lacks the level of maintenance and attention to detail expectedy from a property that brands itself as a luxury resort.

Modern and clean room, breakfast was okay. Staff at the reception and breakfast were very friendly.

After getting the information at arrival that we could use the Spa and that we would just need to inform the personal one hour in advance we wanted to do that. The Spa personal spa informed us that they were booked, they did not propose anything to us. As the hotel was far from being completely booked it seemed weird to get that reaction. So we went to the pool bar, we got our drinks quite fast but after that the bartender was gone. We had to search for him to get the bill. All of this wouldn't be a big thing at a small place or at a mountain lodge but if we go to an expensive place that calls itself luxury resort I do except more. In our room (no. 15) we could hear our neighbors speak und watch TV.
