Agapitos Villas & Guesthouses

want to start my review with a huge thanks to the people who run this business. Big respect for such amazing experience we got in Pelion for the 2nd year in raw. We have rented a villa next to the infinity pool (called Elia or smth like this) with the most gorgeous sea view from private terrace I have even seen. You could stay only there all day and enjoy the view. Villa has enough space to accommodate 4 people with separate bedroom which we used for me and wife and kid stayed in the living room. In general territory of the hotel is very nice, well maintained, green and almost all rooms have amazing sea view as hotel is situated on the hill. Definitely you need a car to stay there the nearest shop/beach area is 15 min by foot downhill, which flips walking uphill later on (will not be easy for non-trained people). Otherwise on car you can easily explore all main beaches in the area and the most beautiful villages like Kissos or Tsagarada. Hotel also has one of the best restaurants in the area - El Resto, which I highly recommend to visit at least once as it offers very tasty food (Greek cuisine in modern interpretation) and amazing sea view, so if you come around 19.30 will be perfect time to enjoy it. In conclusion, I think that is how ideal small-size hotel in Greece should look like. Wish all the best in your hard business.

Nothing, all was perfect

Everything!! The staff were amazing and accommodating. The room was incredible with unbelievable view. The hotel restaurant was the best! For breakfast and dinner. We had the best time and will definitely come back. Very quiet and great air conditioning! Also dont miss the sunrise it is unbelievable.

Breakfast variety could be better but it was still very good

After attending a wedding in Portaria and decided to spend a few days at the beach in Agios Ionnis where we discovered Agapitos Guest Suites. The property is perched on a hill above the beach with a panoramic view of the sea and just a short 3 minute drive to the town below. The rooms are beautiful and have their own outdoor patio/seating area which we used to catch the most stunning sunrise. The pool area with the Honor Bar is beautiful and a great way to relax away from the busy beach areas in the town. The meticulously maintained gardens enhanced the beauty of the property. The El Resto Bar above is great for Drinks, Breakfast and a Dinner. We ate there for most meals as the restaurant has some of the best views in Agios Ioannis. Cristos and all the staff were wonderful hosts and we were able to enjoy many conversations with them at this boutique property. The property itself is family owned, beautifully maintained and a great escape from the town below if you are looking to relax and unwind. You can spend a full day at the pool and get plenty of sun if you need a break from the beach. I highly recommend Agapitos Guest Suites to anyone looking to stay in the area. They also offer on site parking if you are driving in which was very convenient.

The only suggested improvement would be to add background music in the pool area.

The view and property were incredible. The food and staff at El Resto Bar/Restaurant were amazing!! Would go back and recommend!!
