Location is very convenient, about a 5–10 minute walk from both the city center and the port.
The room was on the 4th floor and was fantastic.
The kitchen was fully equipped, and the owner had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with complimentary breakfast items (toast bread, butter, marmalade, honey, cheese, ham, etc.). There was also a Nespresso machine with free capsules provided. The bathroom was very clean and included all amenities (hair dryer, shampoos, slippers, and even a washing machine).
The room has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, plus a small balcony off the bedroom. There are TVs in both the living area and the bedroom.
The owner sent us the access codes for the doors, which was very convenient as we didn’t need to carry keys around.
There was a small hiccup when we arrived, but the owner resolved it within 20 minutes.
i would definately try to rebook there next time i visit Volos or the Pelion area
Nothing was wrong with the room itself. The only minor issue was parking in the area, which was a bit difficult when we arrived on Friday, as many spaces are reserved for residents and most of the remaining street parking is paid by the hour. However, from Saturday afternoon (16:00) until Monday morning parking is free. After a short trip we made to Pelion on Saturday, we were able to find free parking spots very easily for the rest of the weekend.

Άνετο, ασφαλές, ήσυχο και μοντέρνο κατάλυμα με ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά. Το πάρκινγκ είναι σχετικά εύκολο στην γύρω περιοχή ακόμα και σε ημέρες με πολλή κίνηση. Υπέροχη φιλοξενία από τον Φίλιππο, ο οποίος ήταν ευγενέστατος. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
