Lovely peaceful stay in comfortable accommodation located in beautiful countryside.

Really lovely barn cottage, beautifully decorated, calm and peaceful, was just what was needed! The bedroom was so comfortable and with views of the cows and wildlife in the fields nearby was just perfect. Our small dog enjoyed the surrounding green space. Lots to do in the local area - both town and country, including Frome market and Cley Hill. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed.

Had everything we needed, very comfortable, perfect for what we was there for, 25 minutes from bath 5 mins from frome 20 mins to longleat. The hosts were lovely

We found the accommodation very comfortable and clean. Glad there was two toilets, shower was lovely, hot water was great. Loved the location with fields and the cows.

We found the mattress on the double bed a bit on the soft side, but this is personal choice.

Relaxing and convenient.

It is very close to Longleat, it is also very much in the countryside so really nice for a short getaway. The property had everything we needed for our stay and the owners were very accommodating and provided a stair gate, cot and high chair for our 1 year old which made our trip a lot easier.

Good stay, beautiful surroundings.

Hosts were very lovely and friendly. Son who loves tractors was able to sit on a real one! Accommodation good, cot set up lovely. Welcomed with a little bottle of fresh milk. Beautiful surroundings. Main bedroom lots of cobwebs, vacuum provided so used this.

The perfect countryside retreat - a little gem we will never forget.

A wonderful peaceful and scenic location with kind and welcoming hosts. A beautiful idyllic cottage surrounded by lovely countryside. Waking up to the cows outside was a highlight! The perfect location for local tourist spots such as Longleat and Bath. Ideal for families.

Quiet country location. Well equipped cottage with a very comfy bed. One can get a good air flow through the cottage in the evening to cool it down in hot weather.

The night time security lights were a bit bright but others might find this reassuring.

Perfect location great for relaxing and getting away from it all but lots of great locations within a few miles to visit. Had a lovely meal at the local pub. Beautiful farm and house.

No sharp knife or scissors. Not a big issue just stayed in one night cooking and very difficult without a sharp knife but we managed it so not really a moan more of an observation for the owners to consider putting in.

Friendly hosts, lovely quiet location. Pity that the good weather didn't last!

The layout of the cottage, the lack of instruction manuals for equipment, the kitchen work area was not very practical. some shelves for storing clothes would, for us, be more convenient than small drawers and dressing table. However, we understand that the hosts intend to take actions on the comments that we made directly to them. Very helpful people.

Heath House Farm Accommodation Chapmanslade, Wiltshire.

The accomodation was exceptional. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, cosy and warm.( our stay was at the end of September). We were able to take our two dogs too, by prior arrangement. The owners were very welcoming and the location was brilliant.

Sat Nav directions got us to the village but we had to ask a local where the farm was. It was down a farm track but no obvious signpost. That's our only criticism.

The location and solitude. The two bathrooms, the bed was comfy.

The living room wasn’t very cosy and the sofa rather hard and stained.
