Very enjoyable stay in a nice house on a quiet residential street.

Excellent modern house, amply spacious for 2-3 people.There is an en-suite with shower, WC & small washbasin off the master bedroom, and a separate bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. Double bed in main bedroom was very comfortable (didn't use the single bed in the other bedroom). Large lounge / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. I must say the pots and pans supplied were in better condition than you often find in holiday rentals. I've stayed in cottages charging 100's of pounds more than this one and found frying pans that you would have long since thrown out at home! Crockery, cutlery and glassware was also good, The terraced back garden / patio area was also nice, with ample outdoor furniture. Private parking at the front. TV reception was poor but I don't go away to watch telly, I do too much of that at home!

This is NOT IN ANY WAY a criticism of the property itself, but if you don't know Llandudno you should be aware the house is up a short but steep climb from the town centre and seafront. I managed it every day (pausing for several breathers on the way up!) but if you are infirm or with mobility problems you will struggle. There is a bus (number 26) that stops directly outside the house once an hour during the day, but the last bus up from the town centre is at 17:35 so if you want to go out in the evening you must walk or take a taxi. I used a taxi back up on 2 occasions and it was very dear - £5.40 and you're only in it 2 minutes! As I've already said, it's only a short distance but very steep.

although not in the centre, what a lovely spot, don’t worry about driving into town, if you do it’s free parking for 90

everything was tip top, I could not fault anything except we could not find a cheese greater , but according to my wife , nobody eats in, (?) seriously though there was everything .

really well appointed , parking , sky tv, outdoor area , electric charger , welcome pack, instructions for everything.

Great place to stay for a mixture of activity and peace.

Closeness to the centre without the noise of a central location. Drinks and biscuits provided included fresh milk. Flowers made us feel welcome. Very helpful visitors book

How steep the hill up to the accommodation was but taxi fare was so cheap it didn’t really matter.

Fabulous holiday in beautiful North Wales

Beautiful little house situated on a quiet residential street half way up the Great Orme. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need (and lots more besides - books, board games,DVDs, even a children's toy box! Plenty to keep you entertained if the weather is poor), a proper home from home. The owners obviously take great pride in their property and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this home if you want a peaceful, relaxing break in a lovely part of North Wales

The fact we had only booked one week, I wish we had been staying longer! The only other thing to be aware of is you have got a steep walk up from the centre of LLandudno , though you can of course drive, or catch a bus or taxi. On the plus side of this though it's only a short climb to the summit from the house, where the views are stunning.
