I like how the location is strategically secluded. The staffs during check-in were ok, not particularly friendly, but the staff during check-out was extremely friendly. The jacuzzi was on point!! The pools were clean, the white meehoon for breakfast was so yummy!! Overall i would definitely come back.

Only 3 things to highlight: 1) there was a drainage hole for overflowing water located in the bathroom. The dripping sound was extremely loud even after we closed the door. However, we understand that there’s probably nothing much that can be done about it. 2) the room was clean but there's lizard dropping at certain corners. We clean it ourselves since we understand the resort was located in the middle of a forest, so it’s hard to prevent these things completely. However, housekeeping should pay more attention to this during our visit. 3) there were 4 of us staying in the villa, so extra tissue rolls should have been prepared. Also, it would be better to provide 2 or more floor mats since there's a jacuzzi and separate bathroom. The mat became soaking wet by the end of the day. Overall, i would definitely come back here. Please dont hate me. I have recommended few family members and friends to stay here even for 1 night.

From the beginning.. Helpful staffs. From the front desk to the housekeeping boy. Then the environment is very nice. The hot springs was relaxing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot. Car park just beside the villa. Overall it was a restful and pleasant stay.

The villa is located quite far away from the main hotel building, making it feel rather isolated. The jacuzzi was not functioning properly, and there were too many insects around the villa, which raised biohazard concerns. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited variety.
