Absolutely loved everything about our stay at The Chateau! 🤍✨ From the moment we checked in, I was already so happy. After the check-in process, our hotel tour was led by Mark, and we absolutely loved him! He was so friendly, warm & welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. 🥰 The room was beautiful, spacious and had such a nice view. Honestly, the room was unbelievably beautiful! We loved everything about it. They even prepared a beautiful rose bath for us such a lovely & romantic touch for our honeymoon! The swimming pool was absolutely heavenly! We also enjoyed the steam and sauna such a nice way to unwind and relax. The whole resort has such a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What I loved most was how thoughtful and attentive the team was. They really took note of my requests, and since we were celebrating our honeymoon, they even surprised us with cakes at night. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and it really made our stay even more special. The environment here is so warm, friendly & welcoming. Everyone was so nice and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hospitality was truly top-notch! Breakfast also had so many choices & everything we tried was delicious. Definitely enjoyed the breakfast here! 😋 I genuinely loved everything about this place. From the check-in, the beautiful room, the amazing view, the facilities, the food & especially the wonderful hospitality everything made our stay so memorable. Definitely will repeat and stay here again! 🤍✨ Thank you, The Chateau, for making our honeymoon stay such a wonderful and memorable one! 🥰

I had a pleasant stay at The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort. The buffet breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel environment was relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was that both the pillow and mattress were too soft for my preference. If the mattress is designed to be soft, I would suggest that management consider providing firmer pillow options upon request. This would make the stay more comfortable for guests with different sleeping preferences. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing getaway, and I would be happy to return.

Room is pleasant and clean. Restaurant food is pricey due to its highland proximity away from town. Frontdesk advised to keep windows closed due to monkeys roaming around hotel, which spotted on lower hotel roof and hotel boundary. A better option actually rather than Colmar tropica of smaller room size
