    The staff were consistently courteous, and attentive. The facilities were clean, thoughtfully planned, and well maintained, making our stay genuinely restful and comfortable. The entire experience raised my standards for what a resort spa should be. Château Spa & Wellness is definitely one to beat!

    Mentioned there Check available at 3pm, but when I was there for check-in, the room was not available then need me wait around 30 to 45 mins. After took the key and finally go to room and the key is not function!!! Need walk back to lobby again and do again the key! The dinner buffet at the hotel has limited food choices; less than morning breakfast, and some more needs RM80 per person.
