Nice bungalow, but disappointing stay.

Bed is comfortable. Area is quiet. Bathroom is good. Room size is okay. Staff is nice.

Might be biaised, as after 5 minutes there, I almost broke my back and had to go to the hospital because the hammock fell straight on hard tiles because poorly attached ! You have literally thousands of ants in your room, and mosquito net had holes bigger than a coin. Bungalows are with "garden view" but you actually have view on other bungalows = not much privacy.

It’s remote location makes it so special as you feel you are really in nature. Our room had no ac and just a fan which I would say was the only downside but didn’t ruin anything! The bungalow is clean and comfy! The mosquito net around the bed could do with being changed but definitely would stay again!!! thank you

The surroundings in the woods, the hammock and seating area, and the staff, all good. And the cat.

Good

The area was nice and quiet, bungalow was quite clean overall, but nothing special. There were mosquito nets, shower had hot water and overall it was okay. We were able to rent scooters here which was a must for Lanta.

The fridge was moldy and had an awful smell, so we couldn't use it. The bungalow had some insects, but that's part of the bungalow experience in the jungle :) we had some trouble getting in touch with the owners since they usually weren't at the front desk.

Nice

Lovely calm stay in the forest. Perfect base for when you rent a scooter. And they just drop it off at your bungalow. The room was very clean and the linnens fresh. We were a bit early for check-in, but it was no problem. The cats where very sweet (but be careful to hang your towels high enough so they can't pee on it).

When we arrived I thought the guesthouse was shut down because there was nobody there (we were early) and the sign was almost gone. Almaybe it should be fixed. We had to ask for toilet paper and waste bins, but that was sorted out quickly. We had a problem with the warm water in our bungalow (3). We had to call daily to fix it. They always did, but it was quite a hassle. The beds were rock solid, but that's almost everywhere in thailand. The one downside for me personally was that there were spots of mold on the matras. It's very humid so the cause is obvious, but it would be nice if they removed it before guests arrive.

Nice place with super friendly staff!

Nice bungalows with cute garden outside, in the middle of the Forrest! You’ll have to rent a scooter to go anywhere. The staffs were nice, though they didn’t speak English. But they had a little restaurant and cooked really nice food. They also did laundry there.

Everything else wass good. Place wonderfull. Away from noisy streets but still close to beaches, stores and market. Beautiful garden. Perfect food. Very nice and helpfull people.

There was no air conditioning in our bungalow. So it was a bit difficult with kids.

La tranquillité au milieu de la végétation !!! Les hôtes sont adorables et attentionnés. Nous avions un Bungalow luxe très bien équipé pour 5 jours > Climatisation, Literie Queen Size, Réfrigérateur, Moustiquaire, Bouilloire, belle terrasse avec hamac... La literie et les oreillers sont très confortable. Bouteilles d'eau, café, articles de toilette disponible a notre arrivée. Chambre propre et complexe bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner et location de scooter disponible sur place . Commerce restaurant/bar a 5 minutes a pieds. Nous avons tellement aimé l'endroit que nous sommes revenu

Prix un peu élevé pour le Bungalow Luxe mais les équipements de la chambre sont en rapport avec le prix.

Die Lage des Bungalows war wirklich sehr gut und ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Auch das Ausleihen eines Rollers hat problemlos funktioniert und war unkompliziert.

Der Zustand des Bungalows war leider sehr schlecht. Die Unterkunft war offen, dadurch waren überall Insekten. Das Bad war nicht sauber, die Toilette war voller Ameisen, und insgesamt war vieles kaputt oder stark abgenutzt. Dadurch haben wir uns im Bungalow leider überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt.

Lieu en pleine nature

Si vous réservez le Bungalow standard, attention. Très déçus par la manière dont nous avons été reçus. Sur les photos nous voyions clairement des murs lisses et blancs ainsi qu’un vrai sol à l’intérieur du logement, et même une jolie baie vitrée. Mais à l’arrivée nous sommes rentrés dans une cabane en bois avec des écarts entre les lattes laissant passer le jour, les petites bêtes et surtout la chaleur étouffante. La baie vitrée s’avère être une fenêtre à moitié cassée qui ne ferme pas. Nous ne sommes pas compliqués en matière de confort mais là ça ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était montré en photo pour ce logement en particulier. Nous sommes donc allés voir la gérante, qui, d’un air exaspéré nous a dit « si vous n’êtes pas satisfaits, vous pouvez annuler ». Elle savait bien que nous n’étions pas en mesure de le faire car en haute saison il est presque impossible de trouver un logement au dernier moment. Nous lui avons même proposé de faire un geste commercial (ce bungalow ne devrait pas être au même prix que ceux que l’on voit sur les photos) mais elle n’a pas souhaité faire quoi que ce soit. Les photos sont donc très trompeuses, et ne comptez pas sur l’amabilité de la gérante pour bien gérer un quelconque problème que vous auriez sur place. De plus, le bungalow est grand mais complètement vide, il n’y aucun placard ou patère, seulement une petite table basse et un frigo. Nos affaires ont traîné sur le sol pendant 4 jours… Il y a une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. C’est vraiment dommage car le lieu est paisible et agréable. Ça manque juste d’un peu d’honnêteté et de respect.

Super séjour

Endroit magnifique et très calme. Les bungalows sont au milieu de la végétation. La dame qui gère le lieu est très gentille et serviable. Pas très loin du centre à scooter. Louez plutôt une chambre climatisée.

Les moustiquaires devraient être renouvelées.
