The thing we liked the most is the staff. They were just perfect, helpful, kind, friendly, they would help you in any situation. Plus, the place is very tidy and cosy, nice location, near the sea, convenient car parking, if you want to relax and have a niece time for yourself, this is one of the places we can recommend.

Room size was spacious. Bath tub was nice. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Onsite parking.
Found that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could should be. Bath tub shower head did not hang above where shower heads are normally placed. Bed was not comfortable.

Friendly staff and facility had lot to offer. We loved that it was directly across from the beach and was only a seven minute walk. We spent the night on the beach watching Nice light up in the distance. It was a main highlight for us.
Location was far from everything. The train to the Biot station was hard to figure out at first because our first train skipped it and it would have been an hour walk in 30°c heat.
